JOSEPH E. DELUCA, MD, FAAEM, PRESIDENT & CEO
Dr. De Luca is the President and CEO of Stone Ridge Medical Consultants, which he founded in 2005. At that time, Dr. De Luca balanced a military career, entrepreneurial adventures, and the practice of emergency medicine.
Dr. De Luca (Col-retired) devoted over twenty (20) years to the United States Air Force (USAF) - Air National Guard, as well as seven (7) years to the United States Army. As Senior Flight Surgeon and Emergency Medicine Physician, his deployments have taken him to the Middle East, Central Asia, Southeast Asia, Africa, Central America, South America, and the Polar Caps. His career has spanned the enlisted ranks in rotary wing aviation, an Emergency Physician, Medical Group Commander, and the D-State Air Surgeon for New York. Also, a graduate of the USAF Air War College, School of Aerospace Medicine, and credentials from special operations command in "Sub Saharan Africa”, "Arctic survival", and "Tropical Medicine”, Dr. De Luca has exceptional training in military education. These experiences and positions have played an integral part in the philosophy and success at Stone Ridge Medical Consultants, LLC.
Dr. De Luca's experience ranges from practicing as a Staff Emergency-Medicine Physician, to the Medical Director of a multi-million-dollar corporation. He has developed business models and assessed the needs of large hospitals in the heart of New York City, to smaller remote ones in Nome, Alaska. His experience in these endeavors began as early as 1993, where he conceptualized and designed the construction of a 20,000 sq.ft. multi-disciplinary Medical Center in Vernon, New Jersey. To facilitate the success of this enterprise, Dr. De Luca erected the building adjacent to the well-known 'Mountain Creek Ski Resort', with the nearest hospital over forty minutes away. The Medical Center also encompassed Dr. De Luca's own successful High Acuity Urgent Care for over twenty years, with trauma and acute sports injury at the core. In addition to being Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, he completed a residency in Internal Medicine and practiced as a Senior Aviation Medical Examiner for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). These thorough and versatile opportunities have influenced Dr. De Luca's view on the delivery of unparalleled medical care in any setting.

-Board of Directors for Warwick Valley Telephone Company (WWVY), a NASDAQ Company;
-Advisory Board Member for Lakeland Bank (LBAI), a NASDAQ Company;
-Sole Owner, President, & CEO for Em-Code Medical: a medical coding and staffing company (acquired, 1987);
-CEO of the Vernon Urgent Care Center, a high acuity center (acquired by Atlantic Health systems, 2007);
-Vernon Medical Arts Center (acquired, 2006).

A former USAF Pararescue man (PJ) and combat veteran, his experience is focused in wartime medicine, austere clinical medicine, and Combat Search and Rescue. For the past 9 years Matt has worked in a variety of government contracts as a clinician, advisor, and project manager. He has balanced time between the corporate office and in the field in Afghanistan, Iraq, Middle East, Africa, Central America, and other locations. Matt has earned certificates from Cornell University in Project Management and Project Team Leadership.

His clinical expertise is complimented by 2 years as Chief Innovation Officer and 8 years as ambulatory lead physician informaticist, including 12 years of expertise in a variety of EMR systems. Dr. Devers life experience has been shaped by 22 years of Air Force service, including overseas deployments, and 4 years of special Army homeland defense designation and training. He is a teamwork-oriented problem-solver with experience in process-mapping and Six Sigma.

Jenn is an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner and a seasoned critical care nurse. She has worked in the world of emergency medicine for 17 years and trauma for over 10 years. Jenn is also a trained and certified flight nurse and has been deployed as a civilian contractor to locations such as Iraq and Afghanistan as a combat flight nur

She is currently an instructor for the American Heart Association and teaches BLS, ACLS, PALS; an instructor for the Emergency Nurses Association and teaches TCCC classes to multiple EMS crews. Jenn volunteers and teaches Stop the Bleed courses as well. Her certifications include: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, TCCC, CFRN, ITLS, TCRN, and BDLS.
